• Express and standard delivery options are available based on request and availability.

3. Packaging and Labeling

• The Customer must ensure all items are securely packaged and clearly labeled.

• The Company is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging.

5. Delivery and Delays

• The Company will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the agreed timeframe.

• Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.

• The Company is not liable for any loss caused by delivery delays.

6. Prohibited Items
Customers must not send:

• Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable, explosive items)

• Illegal goods

• Live animals

• Cash or high-value items (without prior agreement)

7. Fees and Payment

• All fees are payable upon delivery of the item(s).

8. Changes to Terms

• The Company may update these Terms at any time.

• Continued use of the service after changes means acceptance of the new Terms.
